Built microservices for Cambodia's Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to consume and integrate health surveillance data from external systems (epidemiological tracking, emergency events, disease monitoring, call center analytics, microbiology).
Designed and implemented event-driven microservices with RabbitMQ, enabling asynchronous insurance workflows that decoupled system components. Specifically handled complex logic for bulk risk processing and large-scale policy data.
Architected high-volume General Insurance and Broker APIs handling millions of records. Specialized in optimizing bulk risk processing and asynchronous policy data saves (1M+ items) to ensure long-term production stability.
Led the development of the National Statistical Reporting System for Cambodia's Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries. Architected complex logic to aggregate and process statistical reports from all provinces, ensuring high data integrity for national records.
Backend Lead and System Owner for core General Insurance platforms. Led the technical redesign and refactoring of high-load insurance engines (1M+ records), achieving 30–50% performance improvements through database optimization and backend restructuring.
